How to use Sacrificial Heart in Path of Exile 2

The item will randomly drop from enemies in Aggorath – and since it is a quest item, you will not be able to remove it from your inventory. The heart doesn’t seem to give you a quest to track, and it takes up valuable space in your inventory, so you need to figure out how to use the heart to get rid of it. On the other hand, it will bring you a good reward.

While exploring Aggorath, you may have come across the Sacrificial Heart, a quest item that will give you two passive weapon set skill points if sacrificed at the appropriate ritual location.

Now all you need to do is find the ritual site. Fortunately, The ritual site is on the same map, Aggorath.but finding it may take some time, since the cards are in Path of Exile 2 are generated procedurally. You will need to explore the map until you find an altar that has sacrificial dagger and a place to place the sacrificial heart.

Although the map is procedurally generated, every time we found a ritual site, it was up the stairs leading to the northeast. Once you go up the stairs, the ritual site will be in a separate area, just like the one shown in the image above.

To make your search easier, try opening the transparent map and looking for the green exclamation point and any stairs leading to the northeast. The green marker and stairs are easy to miss on the minimap, so chances are you’ve already walked past it!

Take the sacrificial dagger and place the sacrificial heart on the altar. Interact with the heart to complete the quest and receive two weapon set passive skill points.
