After you complete the exotic quest “The Fall of Kell” for the first time, you will be asked to return to Eido in her laboratory. She will talk to you for a bit and say:Revenant Slayer 1“, “Revenant Assassin 2“, “Revenant Assassin 3,” And “Revenant Slayer 4all at the same time.

For each of these quests, you will need to defeat 20 fighters in the Fall of the Kell mission while you have the tonic active. All four quests will complete this task at the same time if you have them all in your inventory.

Once you’ve done this, you’ll need to destroy three sets of Illusory Anchors for each quest, with each set appearing at a different location in the mission on Expert difficulty. These Illusory Anchors are translucent floating shapes that appear in the mirror dimension sections of the mission. You can see the outline with the naked eye, but you will need to aim the Slayer’s Fang shotgun to see the full version and shoot them. Below we will look at the locations for each set.

Lastly, you will need to complete the mission The Fall of Kell on Expert to complete each quest, so just kill the boss at the end of the Expert version of the mission. Once you complete the mission on the Expert, you will simply need to return Eido’s quests to collect the catalysts.

Note: If you are playing in a group, have only one member of your team shoot and destroy the Illusory Anchor at a time, rather than everyone shooting at it at the same time. There seems to be a strange co-op interaction in the mission whereby some Illusory Anchors don’t count for certain players if multiple Guardians shoot at them, meaning you may have to make multiple runs to get all 12 Illusory Anchors . Save time and take turns meeting your friends.

What is the best catalyst for Assassin’s Fang?

Choosing the “best catalyst” for Assassin’s Fang really comes down to defense or offense: choose Repulsor bracket for a defensive build or select Cascade Point for an offensive build.

First, let’s take the stats for everyone and the small stuff out of the picture. In PvE, both of these skills are primarily reload-related, and Assassin’s Fang reloads all of its shots with a single shot, giving it a very fast reload speed for a shotgun. Since we don’t have to worry about reloading, you can skip them unless you want to improve your stats for PvP (then select “Stats for everyone”).

Cascade Point allows you to fire off a lot of shots very quickly, which can be very useful in case of damage, if shotguns become meta again, or if you just want to spend a champion very quickly. This is quite situational, but potentially quite effective as Assassin’s Fang is very good at taking out powerful targets.

We recommend that you take Repulsor BraceAlthough. Since Assassin’s Fang always weakens targets, Repulsor Brace will be constantly active, meaning you’ll get Void Shield multiple times per magazine. This will keep you healthy while you’re within shotgun range, and can even play nicely with some of the other subclasses’ bonuses – especially for all the Void Titans.
