You’ll soon be able to spread democracy with the limited edition Helldivers 2 DualSense controller in your hands.

Helldivers 2 has unveiled a limited-edition controller dedicated to PlayStation’s chaotic space shooter.

The wireless controller, which has been rumored since before its official unveiling, boasts the iconic black and yellow armor color scheme seen in Helldivers 2. It will cost £74.99 / $84.99 / €84.99 at depending on your location, and can be pre-ordered through PlayStation. Direct and other retail chains from December 20.

The controller itself will be released next year on February 6th, roughly 12 months after the game’s high-profile debut. You can see what the controller looks like in the video below.

But wait! That’s not all. In addition to the new hardware, the Helldivers 2 team at Arrowhead also released a surprise update known as Omens of Tyranny. This update brings back The Illuminate, a faction present in the first Helldivers.

“Absent for nearly a century, the Enlightened will challenge our new recruits more than the other factions they have faced,” Arrowhead teased in his blog. “They are advanced, highly intelligent beings with powerful technologies that appear to be a kind of dark magic to ordinary citizens.”

This update also adds new mission areas in many of Super Earth’s colonies, with close city settings to shoot through. Luckily, however, the colonies will now be getting a Fast Reconnaissance Vehicle (or “FRV”), so you and your squad can mow down those pesky Illuminati like you’re on the run in GTA.
