Monster Hunter Now crosses paths with Monster Hunter Wilds in a new joint event
- From February 3 to March 31, a new Monster Hunter Wilds collab is available in MH Now.
- This will allow you to collect gift codes to use in Wilds, as well as receive stylish new themed cosmetics and more.
- Get exclusive rewards ahead of Wilds’ release at the end of February!
When it comes to console adaptations for mobile devices, it always seems a vain hope that you’ll see some kind of official crossover with the original. That doesn’t seem to be the case with Capcom’s upcoming latest game Monster Hunter Wilds and Niantic’s AR creature hunter hit Monster Hunter Now! Because the new partnership allows you to complete exclusive quests and earn rewards that can be used in Wilds.
How does this work? From February 3 to March 31, when you log into Monster Hunter Now, you’ll have access to exclusive quests to complete in order to work together. With these you can get items like the MH Wilds Hooded Layered Gear Set, Wilds themed Guild Map Background, crafting resources, and more!
What about Monster Hunter Wilds? Well, if this is your first time diving into the exciting world of Monster Hunter Now, then the rewards couldn’t be better. By collecting gift codes from completing co-op quests, you can exchange them in Monster Hunter Wilds for a Mega Potion, Dust of Life, Energy Drink, and more!
Fun collaboration
You’ll of course have to wait until Monster Hunter Wilds officially launches at the end of February to redeem these codes, but as far as promotional tactics go, I think this is a pretty solid option. After all, mobile adaptations of popular releases are designed to take you back to the original franchise, so even non-fans might consider picking up the latest version.
